ManyChat IG Summit

The challenge

ManyChat is an instant communication platform which is designed to help social media marketers, influencers, content creators and eCommerce brands rapidly transform their marketing strategies.

ManyChat wanted to create a two-day, virtual summit to share their expertise with thousands of people worldwide, demonstrating how their world-leading Chat Marketing platform can supercharge small businesses on Instagram, creating sales, igniting engagements, and generating leads.

The solution

Our team oversaw the production and management of the entire event, with our design team creating post-production content for those who were unable to tune in during the event, or just wanted to relive the experience! Creating a live stream for such a huge audience required attention to many details before bringing everything together for the final result.

Firstly, we needed to develop a customised platform that could accommodate a large number of people, prioritising accessibility at the core. We then worked on sourcing the right speakers, bringing Instagram’s top experts to the virtual stage to share their advice and deliver engaging content.

The result

The event was incredibly successful in producing high-quality content for an audience of over 25,000 people. The event platform allowed for an accessible event and was easy to navigate by all. The wide variety of 29 speakers produced engaging content across 26 sessions that were well received by attendees—including sessions by Brock Johnson (CEO of InstaClubHub), Mike Yan (CEO ManyChat), Seth Godin (Bestselling Author, Teacher, & Entrepreneur), and many more. Attendees also had the opportunity to attend workshops on Instagram DM Automation and additional breakout rooms, with additional activities including a virtual photo booth and renowned live DJ: DJ Graffiti.
